Rhythm Nation: Case 6 – Part Deux

photo (5)Our original case was that of a 59YO F with CP and SOB.  She had a significantly abnormal EKG.  Here are some additional pieces of information you obtain as part of her workup…  Does this affect your interpretation of the EKG? What about the DDx?

Her Labs:

D-dimer comes back weakly positive 0.59.  Otherwise the rest of the labs (CBC, CMP, troponin) were normal.
