35 year old male with MR presents from a monitored facility for possible ingestion of a foreign body. Per staff who are with the patient, the ingestion took place a few hours prior to arrival. Since the incident, the patient has complained of nausea. Denies vomiting, shortness of breath, drooling or abdominal pain. He has been able to eat a whole meal after the incident. You decide to get the imaging below.
