Ciguatera Fish Poisoning

Ciguatera fish poisoning (CFP) is a real, not so rare occurrence seen in Emergency Departments predominately in the southern USA.  It occurs after humans eat apex predators of the ocean like barracuda and grouper.  If this looks tasty to you, then you are at risk for CFP.
